TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Hotel is able to accommodate only guest, who register himself over reception desk. There is necessary to show valid identity card (ID card or passport) while registration process. Reception staff will issue the guest's name accommodation card showing the room number, price, start and end of your stay.
2. The hotel provides guests with services at least to the extent determined by Decree no. 277/2008 Ministry of Economy of the 26th july, 2008.
3. When re-arrival at the hotel, the guest is obliged to show a valid accommodation card away.
4. Hotel may, in exceptional cases, offer a guest accommodation other than agreed unless does not substantially differ from the confirmed order.
5. Based on the confirmed booking is mandatory hotel guests stay later than 17:00 hrs., In the same time guest room booking, unless otherwise specified in the order.
6. If the guest asks to extend the stay, the hotel may offer a different room from the one where he was originally accommodated.
7. For the money and valuables corresponds only to the hotel where they were taken into custody against receipt. Hotel responsible for things brought in normal personal use in accordance with generally binding regulations. For refunds damage guest is required to apply without delay the administration of the hotel. Hotel declare the damage the insurance undertaking after the conclusion of any compensation to the insured.
8. The hotel room can receive visitors only with the consent of the receptionist at the time 14:00 to 22:00 pm.
9. In disease or injury Host Hotel will ensure the provision of medical assistance or transport to hospital.
10. Guest room used at the time, which was agreed with the hotel. If no accommodation pre-arranged time, log out out at 10:00 AM. on the last day, and then a room is released. If the guest does not do so before 12.00, he may hotel stay charged for the next day.
11 guests may stay after 02.00 PM., In exceptional cases even earlier. Guests who check in before 6.00 am pay the price of the whole of the previous night.
12. In the room or in the common areas of the hotel guests do not, without the consent of the hotel management to move equipment, make adjustments, and any damage to electrical network or installation.
13. The hotel and especially the room, guests are not allowed to use their own electrical appliances. This Regulation does not apply to electrical appliances used for personal hygiene (shaver, hair dryer, etc.).
14. Before leaving, the guest is obliged to enter into the room windows, doors, water closures, turn off the room and accessories light, lock the doors and hand over the key to the reception.
15. For safety reasons, it is not appropriate to leave children under 10 without adult supervision or in the room, not in other areas of the hotel.
16. Dogs are allowed in hotel when owner demonstrates their safe condition.
17. The guests are not allowed to take into the room sports equipment and articles for the custody of which is reserved for a different location.
18. In the period from 22.00. to 6.00 pm. guest must observe the curfew.
19. The damage caused to the property of the hotel guest is responsible under the applicable regulations.
20. The accommodation and services provided guest is obliged to pay in accordance with the valid price list.
21. Prices for temporary accommodation and ancillary services can be viewed at the reception.
22. The guest is obliged to observe the provisions of the House Rules. Where the host provisions breaks, the hotel management has the right to withdraw from the provision of accommodation services before the expiry agreed time.
